Biography

Jennifer’s career, including 14+ years of higher education experience at Georgia Tech, has centered around building strategic partnerships and initiatives across the US and internationally to empower college students as they pursue their personal and professional goals. At Fusen, she leads and supports a worldwide network of student founders and university partners, fostering a dynamic global entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As Head of Partnerships at Fusen, Jennifer focuses on driving startup growth through expert mentorship and ecosystem building. Working closely with the founder and CEO of Fusen, she leads the accelerator program’s strategic vision and operations, overseeing program design and the development of strategic partnerships with universities, mentors, investors, and other key players in the local and global entrepreneurial ecosystem. She also works closely with Fusen portfolio startups, participating in startup selection, mentorship, and connecting portfolio companies with investors and stakeholders. Through hands-on guidance and relationship-building, she helps ambitious student founders scale their ventures and achieve key milestones. You may also see Jennifer serving as a judge at various hackathons and student startup competitions worldwide.

In addition to her role as Head of Partnerships at Fusen, Jennifer is a part-time lecturer at Georgia Tech’s College of Computing focused on teaching courses designed to expose computing students to opportunities in entrepreneurship.

Jennifer earned her B.S. in Computational Media from GeorgiaTech, her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University, and her EdD in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University.
